Cultivating a community of international wine expertise.
You'll Pass With Us
We can’t guarantee that you will pass… you still have to study. But, our classes are set up to give you the best opportunity to earn your WSET certification.
Our results prove it.
What Are The Keys To Our Success?
We Don't Believe In Boot Camps
Countless studies have proven that shorter class times yield the best results. After about 90 minutes, proactive learning greatly diminishes and students lose attention.
Our course educators have been involed with WSET for more than a decade, and they understand the magnitude of thorough information that needs to be understood to pass.
To adequately develop the skills needed to pass the examinations, the classes are staggered in short spurts over numerous weeks. All of the in-person classes are no more than two hours at a time, and are held every week on weekday evenings, allowing industry professionals the chance to participate even in the “busy season.’”
Our mission is to cultivate a community of international wine expertise in the Finger Lakes, not merely to rush students through the certifications.
Our Venue
All of our classes are hosted at ONCE Finger Lakes. The wide open, modern, and clean space offers students the best atmosphere for cultivating their education.
In the summer, the garage doors our open with a wonderful view of Seneca Lake.
Once FInger Lakes is located at 655 NY-14, Penn Yan NY, 14424.
Our Cultivators
